The Senior BDM / Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for selling the benefits of Exera’s range of services to existing & new business targets across Myanmar. Take the lead in directing the sales & marketing team as well as managing key customers with the focus of delivery of growth through specialization & service. This role requires you to identify new business opportunities, develop a pipeline of opportunities & provide strategic direction to the senior leadership team regarding growth opportunities related to the various services across Exera’s portfolio.
Position Requirements
- New business development within new & major accounts
- Help existing & prospective clients discover the value they can gain from Exera’s services
- Assist in developing a client engagement strategy aligned to overall company strategic goals
- Grow a robust pipeline of commercially viable new business opportunities
- Drive the overall tender process – providing leadership, coordination, & decision making for the overall bid team
- Deliver revenue growth targets that meet or exceed success metrics
- Manage collaborative partnerships to drive innovation & growth
- Gain intimate knowledge of the client’s business, strategies, people, plans & focus areas in order to deliver a desired service offering
- Build deep relationships with key individuals with a view to expanding business opportunities through strategic connections
- Develop successful internal stakeholder relationships, bringing teams together to win & maintain business
- Create customer centricity across the business, focusing on delivering services & developing solutions
- Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development functions of the company
- Ability to work well under pressure, delivering consistent individual & team results
- Collaborative team worker, natural leader & team builder
- Impeccable presentation skills, strategic & communicate with integrity
- Thorough knowledge & connections across a wide variety of industry & government sectors
- Monthly sales report to CEO, delivering the targets
- Myanmar National (Local or Repatriate)
- Strong experience in B2B Sales & Marketing / Business Development
- Superior knowledge of & demonstrated experience in the process of effective Business Development
- Robust business contract acumen
- Detailed understanding of the major factors influencing customer/client behaviour
- Excellent written & professional verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in writing professional tender documentation, executive summaries
- Ability to develop strong internal & external stakeholder relationships
- High EQ with the ability & resilience to develop & maintain trusted relationships
- Strategic & critical thinking capability
- Creative & solutions orientated approach
Education
- Bachelor Degree in any or related fields
- Degree in Sales & Marketing & Business Administration is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 7 Years
Language Skills
- Excellence in written & verbal communication in Myanmar & English languages is mandatory
