Job Overview

Promoting Exera range of services and generate opportunities and revenues from new clients in the designated area or designated type of clients. Be responsible of the revenue generating cycle from identifying opportunities to until contract signing including tendering stage and handover to Operations team

Responsibilities and Authorities

Lead generation and customer’s acquisition:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, new customers, new segments, reactivate old customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
  • Input all data related to commercial activities into the CRM including customers contacts details, opportunities, proposals, etc
  • Generate leads through cold call prospective customers
  • Arrange meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone or videoconference
  • Whenever needed, will seek support from Sales Manager and Subject Matter expert to attend customer meetings for more detailed presentation of Exera services

 

Marketing:

  • Participate to Marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, etc

Qualification and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business development/sales functions
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in sales or business administration.
  • Must be excellent in written and verbal English and Burmese
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise clients about them
  • Experience with CRM software would be an advantage
